Disabilities means conditions such as hearing impairment, multiple disabilities, visual impairments, speech or language impairments, specific learning disabilities, emotionally disturbed, cognitive delays, other health impairments (major and minor), orthopedic impairments, autism, deaf blindness and traumatic brain injury.

Parents, relatives, public and private agencies and any other concerned individual may contact the Special Education Office at Clearview Local Schools by calling Ms. Lisa C. Ryan, Director of Special Education, at (440) 233-3806 to refer any child who may have a disability and need special education.
