Reopening Plan 2020-2021 Clearview Reopening Plan

If you are planning to choose the 100% virtual learning option, please fill out THIS Virtual Learning/E-Learning Agreement form and turn it into the Board Office. Kindergarten registration is open for the 2020-2021 school year to residents of the Clearview District!!!  If needed, open enrollment Applications for incoming Kindergarteners is currently open as well. If you do not live in the district, you must first fill out the application AND be accepted before registering. The open enrollment paperwork should be turned into the board office once completed. It can be delivered to 4700 Broadway Avenue between 8:00am-3:00pm. The registrar will contact you. 
If your child will be 5 by August 1, 2020, and you live in the Clearview district, please call the board office to setup a registration appointment (440) 233-5412. The office is open from 8:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday. 
Library Food Program Library Summer Food Program
The Main Library, South Branch, and Domonkas Branch are participating in  the Summer Food Service Program. Ages 18 and under are invited to lunch  Monday through Friday all summer long. Grab and go lunches will be available  near library entrances for pick up by parents or kids while supplies last. Click HERE for more details.

Forms Final Forms
Attention Parents! New for the 2019-2020 school year, Clearview is moving to an electronic system for all important enrollment forms (such as Emergency Medical Forms, new student Registration, Physical Forms, etc.) through Final Forms. food bank Durling Community Food Bank
Durling Middle School is proud to announce that we will partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank to host a Mobile Food Pantry for the Clearview Community. Families in need will be able to pick up fresh fruits and vegetables as well as shelf stable pantry items. The Mobile Food Pantry will begin at 3:00pm at Durling Middle School and food will be available until approximately 4:30pm for pick up. Beginning in October the Pantry will be the 2nd Thursday of each month. Please help us spread the word to families in need of assistance. Call Durling Middle School at 440-233-6869 with Questions. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.
